Poem: Sisters

Poetry Writing

” I think that I’ll keep loving you, way past sixty-five …”
Sofi Tukker

The smirk you see on my face
The spark in my eye when I have an idea
The way you know what’s wrong before I utter a word

You love me at my best and love me at my worst
Most of all you just know me

Thick and thin, you’re my friend
The one that matters
A solid rock that never fails

Bestie Confidant Nemesis Life Coach

Most of all I call you “sister”
